Recently, China Construction Industry Association released the second‑batch list of the 2022‑2023 China Luban Prize for Construction Project (National High‑Quality Project).
The Dispatching & Communication Building project, in which our company participated in the construction, has been successfully selected for the award!
The China Luban Prize for Construction Project (National High‑Quality Project), commonly known as the Luban Prize, was launched in 1987. It represents the highest‑level honor for engineering quality in China’s construction industry. Awarded every two years, it recognizes newly‑built or expanded completed‑and‑commissioned projects within China that achieve domestically leading engineering quality. A total of 127 projects are included in this round of selection.

Dispatching & Communication Building

Project Overview
Boasting a total construction area of 76,900 square meters, the Dispatching & Communication Building is a livelihood‑oriented project integrating power dispatching, operation and command functions. It undertakes O&M and dispatching tasks for the Central‑China regional power grid.
The project features a domestically top‑tier and internationally advanced dispatching hall, a digitally‑enabled operation hall with cutting‑edge technologies and smart interconnection capabilities, Class‑A comprehensive intelligent machine rooms equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technologies and full‑range functions, as well as the Central‑China Power Emergency Response & Command Center with full‑networked and fully‑intelligent control. It delivers new‑level efficiency for public livelihood services.

Intelligent Weak‑Current System
FFTECH took charge of the building’s intelligent weak‑current works covering 19 subsystems, including the intelligent integration system, cabling system, basic information infrastructure system, property‑management security system and others.
Throughout construction, FFTECH leveraged its professional design capabilities and outstanding technical strengths to overcome various construction obstacles and technical challenges. With efficient project management, exquisite craftsmanship and strict quality control, the project was delivered smoothly.
